Mr Mo Massouleh BSc MBA FCMI
Mr Massouleh is a UK qualified Engineer with a proven track record in project and business performance management within the Engineering and IT sectors. His career progression within the engineering industry was marked by focusing on the IT sector within the industry and this provided the solid foundation for moving on to build a career within the engineering and management consultancy sectors. Mr Massouleh has gained his project/business management experience by working for a number of reputable engineering and IT companies in UK and abroad. His technical and management background complemented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills enables him to perform and produce results in multi-disciplinary work environments. He has a keen business focus and is committed to a service delivery and work ethic of a high standard essential for optimum performance in highly intensive work environments.
Since April 2003, Mr Massouleh has been managing the company he set up, ANOUSHAA, in order to provide strategic project management service to clients in UK and abroad. Mr Massouleh launched an integrated professional services partnership, Anderson Ross Anoushaa LLP (ARA), with Mr Hossein Ameli. ARA provides strategic management practitioner services to businesses which seek significant and sustainable growth over a period of 3 to 5 years.
Prior to this, Mr Massouleh worked for Candle Corporation of USA (now part of IBM Corporation) for six years when he joined them as their first Senior Projects Manager for the newly established Consulting & Services division in Europe and subsequently led the successful delivery effort on several key Candle projects within Telecommunication, Banking &Finance, Manufacturing, Public Utilities and Transport sectors.
In Candle, he progressed steadily to become the Manager of the European Project Management Practice and then the Director of the European Project Management Practice. He was subsequently promoted to the role of Director of European Business Programs with his main focus being the implementation of the performance management (balanced scorecard) framework and associated/supporting business processes and tools for Candle EMEA operations.
Prior to joining Candle, Mr Massouleh worked in the USA for Microsoft Corporation as a Program Manager involved with localisation of Microsoft products into a number of languages.
Mr Massouleh has an excellent track record for delivering projects and business assignments on time and within budget. He has solid project life cycle knowledge and encourages a full hands-on role at all stages of the engagement. He has vast experience in client liaison at all levels, carrying out formal presentations to clients and has been heavily involved in the costing and bid phases for of major projects.
